TTFM

The TTFM 6.1 Transit Time Flowmeter, manufactured by Pulsar in the UK, is ideal for applications involving clean treated water, cooling water, chemicals, hydraulic oil, semi-conductive water, water/glycol solutions, and diesel and fuel oils. This unit operates by measuring the time difference for ultrasonic sound pulses transmitted from one transducer to another. The time between the transmitted and received signals is measured by the flowmeter.

The ultrasonic transducers of the TTFM 6.1 are installed on the outer part of the pipe. To input pipe material, outer diameter, wall thickness, and fluid type, a 5-button internal keypad is utilized. With the TTFM 6.1 Transit Time Flowmeter, there is no need for non-contact flow measurement expertise to achieve optimal results in your application.

Designed for single-phase homogeneous fluids without suspended particles or air bubbles, such as water and homogeneous chemicals, this device features two ultrasonic sensors. It measures the fluid velocity by measuring the time difference in the round-trip frequency between the two sensors.
Easily adjustable and calibratable, this device requires no pipe cutting or modification, making it suitable for various types of pipes. The sensor can be installed effortlessly and quickly without any contact with the fluid.
It provides a 4-20 mA output and USB connectivity for data logging. It offers the option to select operation in hazardous environments (EX).
Custom cable orders are available up to 152 meters (fixed type).
