The SEWER-MAG device is an electromagnetic sensor of flow measuring.
This device is designed for precise flow measurement, making flow sensing easy and accurate, even in challenging environments.
The SEWER-MAG device can be used for flow sensor validation and calibration, particularly in sewage network locations such as half filled overflow pipes. It is installed along the pipeline, ensuring proper spacing (3 times the pipe diameter before installation and 2 times after). It is worth mentioning that this device is suitable for gravity overflows where the pipe is half filled, and using an upward elbow pipe that causes pipe filling and subsequent overflow.
SEWER-MAG can be operated with a display powered by either AC or DC source. Even the best open channel flow meters installed on half filled sewage pipes need occasional inspection or calibration, which can be complex. SEWER-MAG provides a good solution for such cases.
