The Pulsar PDFM 5.1 Doppler Flowmeter is a portable flow measurement device that adheres to the outside of the pipe. It utilizes ultrasonic Doppler technology for precise measurements. This makes the PDFM 5.1 particularly suitable for dirty or turbid liquids containing bubbles or suspended particles, such as waste water, slurry, chemicals, and settling materials.

Functioning as an ideal system performance evaluator, this Doppler flowmeter can be installed, calibrated, and commissioned within minutes. It serves well in situations where a permanent flowmeter is not necessary, and it can also temporarily replace installed flowmeters. Its quick and easy operation allows the sensor to be installed outside the pipe in less than a minute, using the internal keypad and calibration menu for flowmeter adjustment based on the specific application requirements.
