Ultra 5 Monitor
The Ultra 5 unit offers pump control, flow measurement, level control, volume calculations, and differential level measurement in a compact package.
It features a control unit with five customizable relays, providing additional alert options such as pump efficiency and extra pump control functions like pump on/off, pump exercise, storm and aeration control, and differential level control. Additional relays can be added for open channel flow applications.
The Ultra 5 is excellent for a wide range of level measurement applications in solids and liquids across various industries including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, power generation, water and wastewater, mining, and many more.
This unit offers pre-programmed tank shape conversion for a wide range of standard tank shapes, including cylindrical, rectangular, conical base, pyramid base, sloping base, horizontal including end-cap and spherical tanks.
Configuring the pump control unit turns the Ultra 5 into a top-of-the-line ultrasonic pump controller, offering many standard features.
The added complexity of this unit includes the ability to measure differential level using two transducers and alert systems.
The open channel flow mode allows the device to measure and control flow without contact, without the need for maintenance or repairs, by calculating flow from the measured head before the primary element, across a wide range of flumes and weirs.
Optional software for the Ultra series controllers enables quick setup for specific applications and allows you to input parameters such as empty and full distance and relay alert/control settings.
