MV255 Monitor
The MV255 from the FLOWIZ family is an integrated battery-powered converter with a modem capable of accommodating any sensor from the ISOMAG family, whether it’s insertion or flanged up to DN1800. Moreover, it can manage two pressure or temperature sensors.
The MV255 FLOWIZ features an integrated 3G UTMS/GPRS modem, enabling wireless transmission of all flow and pressure/temperature measurement data. Data security in communications is ensured through TLS/SSL encryption. To reduce data transmission time and costs, data is packaged, and in cases where process thresholds are exceeded, SMS alarms can be sent.
The MV255 can be powered by lithium or alkaline batteries, which can be easily replaced without interrupting measurements. The batteries have an estimated lifespan of 15 years or more based on measurement conditions.
Optionally, the MV255 can be powered by mains electricity (AC) or DC via a solar panel connection. In this case, the batteries act as backup power sources, preventing data loss in case of power outages.
The MV255, connected to the MS2500 flow sensor (up to DN1000), complies with European Directive 2014/32/EU MID, Annex MI-001 III, with a minimum liquid conductivity of 20 µS/cm.
This converter features an internal logger capable of storing flow and pressure data with a recording capacity of 4 gigabytes, ensuring years of recording.
Equipped with an Internal Verifier (BIV), this tool features advanced diagnostics continuously monitoring various sensor parameters and predicting potential issues.
